Σχεδιασμός ξενοδοχειακού συγκροτήματος, ο οποίος ακολουθεί την κλίση του φυσικού εδάφους και συμφιλιώνει το νέο κτηριακό όγκο με το υπάρχoν τοπίο της Σαντορίνης. Κύριο σχεδιαστικό concept της συνολικής εμπειρίας του επισκέπτη αποτελεί η σύμπραξή της παραδοσιακής απλότητας με τις πιο σύγχρονες αισθητικές προδιαγραφές. Ακολουθώντας την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική του τόπου, μέρος του συγκροτήματος τοποθετείται υπόσκαφα αφήνοντας ανέπαφο το ανάγλυφο του εδάφους. Παράλληλα, η κλιμακωτή τοποθέτηση των επιμέρους κτιριακών ενοτήτων εξασφαλίζει πάντα ανεμπόδιστη θέα προς το θαλάσσιο μέτωπο.
Design of a hotel complex that follows the natural slope of the terrain and reconciles the new building volume with the existing landscape of Santorini. The main design concept of the overall visitor experience is the combination of traditional simplicity with modern aesthetic specifications. Following the traditional architecture of the place, part of the complex is placed under a cave, leaving the terrain intact. At the same time, the structure of the individual building units in levels always ensures unobstructed view of the sea front.
